Our Quality Control System is greatly enhanced by the fact that we manufacture all component parts used in our products in our own " State Of The Art" facilities using all numerical controlled equipment. During production, In Progress Inspection Records are kept and are regularly reviewed to insure consistency of component quality. At the time of assembly, all subassemblies are 100% tested to see if they meet standards before being combined into the final product. Consequently, each valve is assigned a Serial Number and tested for electrical and mechanical characteristics. The test data are recorded and kept for future reference. At the time of shipment, each valve is tested again, the Serial Number is recorded on the " Quality Assurance Certificate" together with the test results and the QA certificate is enclosed with each shipment. |
